Scheme 4.2 refers to all business operating in processing, retail and development of agricultural products and targets the following:

• Increasing the added value of products and their appeal to consumers
• Incorporating innovative processes, the use of technology, as well as, eco-friendly procedures that limit the phenomenon of climate change
• Maintaining and creating new job opportunities and protecting human health
• Helping professional farmers get actively involved in processing, in order to increase their income and offer products with high added value.
