LIVESTOCK REGISTER

Livestock monitoring in animal farms is done via an online register, where farmers can keep track of all births, deaths, sales and purchases. The staff members of AgroAction keep close communication with livestock breeders, in order to stay up-to-date with any possible changes in the status of their farms. In case of an external control visit, AgroAction is responsible to put together the breeder’s paperwork or to be present during the inspection, when needed.

• Online register management
• Real-time update of information (births, death, sales, purchases)
• Work Log – Timeline tracking
• Book keeping
• Copy issuing
• Preparation of important documents/filing for inspection

Collaboration with external partners

In order to avoid payments issues between Pillars A and B, the inspection of the EAE/OSDE application is not done by farmers anymore. AgroAction takes over the compiling of all necessary documents, the submission of these documents to the respective service offices and the coordination between internal and external partners.
Specifically, our services include:

• Keeping track of the Pillar B measures (Agri-enironmental, Young Farmers, Improvement Plans) that the farmer participates in
• Inspecting the legal procedures and permit issuing of your farming business in collaboration with a professional engineer
• Tracking all tax responsibilities in relation the farmer’s EAE/OSDE application and supply invoices (seeds, fertilizer) along with a professional account

Inspection by Public Services

AgroAction takes over the responsibility of handling any potential inspection, visit to external public services or last-minute bureaucratic commitments on behalf of its clients. We are the one-stop-office that is in regular communication with public administration offices, the veterinary practice or DAOK. Moreover, in case of an on-site inspection, a specialized AgroAction staff member will accompany you and help you sort out any issues that may arise.
